Colleen Burgess is the Teaching and Learning Librarian at Huron University College at Western University where she coordinates the college’s information literacy program and reference services. A former secondary school teacher of English, Colleen has worked in education for the last ten years. Colleen is an active member of CAPAL and is co-recipient of the 2017 Ontario College and University Library Association Award for Special Achievement for her work on the development of the open access research skills modules series, www.student2scholar.ca.
