This lightning talk explores how I integrated heuristic low-effort information seeking strategies into a metaliteracy framework to design a workshop on fake news. In my presentation, I discuss the compatibility of these approaches, the role of low-effort strategies in instruction, and how my workshop promotes civic engagement and lifelong learning.

Cette présentation éclair montre comment j’ai intégré des stratégies de recherche d’information à faible effort heuristiques dans un cadre conceptuel de « métalittératie » afin de concevoir un atelier sur les fausses nouvelles. Dans mon exposé, je discute de la compatibilité de ces approches, du rôle des stratégies à faible effort dans l’enseignement et de la façon dont mon atelier favorise l’engagement civique et l’apprentissage tout au long de la vie.
