I3 - Turning interviews into action: Information literacy needs in online courses

This presentation will examine an interview-based approach for conducting quality assurance investigation into library instruction and services for online courses. The pros and cons of interview-based quality assurance will be discussed, as well as the outcomes and service improvements that are being developed based on the results of the project.

Cette présentation examinera une approche fondée sur des entrevues pour mener une enquête d’assurance de la qualité sur la formation documentaire et les services de bibliothèque pour des cours en ligne. On discutera des avantages et des inconvénients de l’assurance de la qualité fondée sur les entrevues, ainsi que des résultats et des améliorations des services qui sont en cours d’élaboration en fonction des résultats du projet.
